The Founder

Sanjay Sharma

Two decades leading human resources on the client side of search across the Middle East, India and Africa, including on landmark projects such as Dubai International Airport Terminal 3, Atlantis on the Palm and Etihad Rail, after six years as an officer in the Indian Army.

He founded Hunters and Skipper in Dubai in 2016 and leads every senior mandate personally, supported by a defence consulting practice lead and senior advisors with board, policy and enterprise experience.
